Are all of your products in stock?


We stock a wide range of the products that are in our on line catalogue. We hold multiple quantities of the most popular items.
If however the item you order is not in our stock we place an order with the Manufacturer the same day.

Generally, you will receive back ordered goods within 7 to 10 working days. If there is a problem such as our supplier unable to supply we will email you.

If goods are despatched in more than one shipment, you will only be charged Shipping and Handling on the first Shipment.


 
How will my items be shipped and when will I know?


We aim to send many Items by first class post.

Larger Parcels are sent by carrier.

We endeavour to despatch your order from stock within two working days.

Non-stock items will be despatched when they arrive from our suppliers, typically within seven to ten working days.

We will send you an e-mail when your goods are despatched.

What are the Shipping costs?


We charge £4.95 (including VAT) for Shipping and Handling within the UK, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.

We charge £5.75 for Shipping and Handling within the rest of Europe. (European destinations as defined by the Royal Mail).

We charge £12.50 for Shipping and Handling to World Zone 1 and 2 (World Zone destinations as defined by the Royal Mail).

We charge £12.75 for Shipping and Handling to the Rest of the World.


 
What is your returns policy?


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.


 
What types of payment do you accept?


We accept Credit and Debit Card payments from Visa and MasterCard.

We do not charge a fee for using a Credit Card.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.


Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
