Outstanding customer service! I mistakenly ordered a fuel bed for our Dimplex fire that didn't fit (right model number, wrong series🙄) and emailed for advice. Having tried before to find the part online I wasn't hopeful that our fire could be fixed; Alan not only identified the problem but then went the extra mile in finding a replacement part that fits perfectly at no additional cost. Cannot praise this company highly enough!!
